Scenario

A maniac named Art the Clown terrorizes two friends on Halloween and everyone who gets in his way. David Howard Thornton was the sixth person to audition for Art the Clown after Mike Giannelli retired from the role and acting altogether. During the audition, he began imitating by tasting the blood of his beheaded victim, but then added salt to make it taste better. In the shots where Tara is gagged with tape, the tape apparently doesn't make any contact with the bottom of her mouth in some earlier shots, while in other shots it's tightly clamped around both her lips..

I will try Written and performed Thank you. I wasn't thrilled to see this as I hadn't seen any of the director's previous films. (Because the killer in this movie is a spinoff). I saw this after reading a great review of Coventry.

There are no flickering lights, shaky camera and fast editing

This movie is really scary in terms of brutality and gore, but what I liked more was the atmosphere. Another good aspect is that nothing is recorded in the dark so it's easy to make out what's going on. There is a murder in this film that is far more brutal than Sean Bean's from The Black Death. The only thing I wanted to know more of was the killer's back story, his motives n some clarity bah the supernatural ending.
